Board members in attendance: Pam Burke, Bonnie Gerner, Judy Gill, Craig Kamholz, and Sue Rieder

Members Absent: Jeff Ditzenberger, Julene Elmer and Wayne Monte

Others in attendance: None

Craig Kamholz called the budget meeting to order at 8:30 PM

Announcements/Discussion: Bonnie Gerner stated flowers have been sent to Wayne Monte and should be sent to Joanne Goecks.

Old Business: Craig Kamholz reported flooring for both trailers was in the 2013 budget. He would like to get it scheduled to be done after the Breakfast on the farm this year.

New Business: None

Pam Burke presented printed copies of the past 2 years budgets and expenses; also included was 2012 income expense report.

Meeting dates for 2014 and January 2015 were discussed. Proposed calendar will be available at the January Ag Chest Meeting for discussion.

Additional Discussion: Craig Kamholz has reviewed the insurance policy. It was grossly inadequate. He will be checking into a special events policy to cover all that the Ag Chest does. The Breakfast on the Farm committee will work with Badgerland in hopes of cutting the hard packed ice cream donation in half. The members agree to continue to donate $20 per Wisconsin State Fair youth participant. Money to be sent directly to the youth

A motion to adjourn was made by Bonnie Gerner and seconded by Judy Gill. Motion carried. Meeting adjourned at 10:00 PM.
