Board members in attendance: Pam Burke, Julene Elmer Bonnie Gerner, Judy Gill, Sue Hellenbrand, Craig Kamholz, and Sue Rieder

Members Absent: Jeff Ditzenberger

Others in attendance: None

Craig Kamholz called the budget meeting to order at 7:15 PM


Announcements/Discussion: Pam Burke discussed outstanding checks from 2014 and 2013. Members discussed the cost of cheese trays. It was reported there is stationery to pick up at Register Print Center in Brodhead. Sue Rieder will pick up stationery on Friday.


Old Business: Craig Kamholz reported both trailers are still at Davis Welding.


New Business: Sue Hellenbrand discussed having a separate budget and account for the Breakfast on the Farm.  Craig Kamholz made a motion to create a separate Breakfast on the Farm checking account with $5,000 as startup money. 3 signatures will be authorized, Pam Burke, Sue Hellenbrand and July Gill.  One authorized signature will be needed for withdrawals. Craig Kamholz, Sue Hellenbrand and Judy Gill will have debit cards. Julene Elmer seconded the motion. Motion carried.

Craig Kamholz discussed budgeting $10,000 for 2 “people movers.” He liked the design he saw at the Williams Tree Farm in Rockton.

Pam Burke presented printed copies of the past budgets and expenses; included was 2013 and 2014 income and expense reports. Pam presented printed handouts for Breakfast on the Farm income and expenses and the Green County Ag Chest Profit and Loss Detail from January 1 through July 3 2014.

Meeting dates for 2015 and January 2016 were discussed. Proposed calendar will be available at the January Ag Chest Meeting for discussion.

A motion to adjourn was made by Bonnie Gerner and seconded by Judy Gill. Motion carried.

Meeting adjourned at 10:00 PM.
